  • “Host Organisation” means a Corporate Account that provides or promotes activities, missions, or opportunities through the Platform. For clarity, in the Beta version of the Platform, all Corporate Accounts are considered Host Organisations. The specific responsibilities of Host Organisations are set forth in the Terms of Use.
  • “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • “Processing” means any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
  • “Platform” refers to the web-based services provided by Herofinder Ltd, including: (i) the company website (https://herofinder.io/), (ii) the beta web application (currently accessible at https://beta.herofinder.io/), and (iii) any related subdomains or services operated by Herofinder Ltd.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including individual participants, institutional members, and visitors, regardless of whether they register for an account.


2 Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Activity Portfolio: Activities, missions, projects, matching outcomes, participation history, endorsements, including sustainability-related engagements

  • Feedback and Comments: User reviews, feedback, comments, and ratings provided by or about individual users, Host Organizations, and the Platform itself.
  • Declarations: Statements or self-disclosures submitted through the Platform
  • Company Information: Business name, address, description, etc.
  • Representative Information: Contact information of company representatives
  • Videos: Uploaded or shared videos
  • Web3 Wallet Number: Used for identification and transaction tracking


3 Purposes of Data Use
